All Store Policies


 All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Our Processing time is 1-4 business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. All in stock items will be shipped within 24 hours. After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped. Priority Shipping takes 2-5 business days to reach you. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.

*Disclaimer* If the billing and shipping address on your order do not match you may be asked to submit a picture of your Identification Card or Driver's License. If you fail to submit the requested info your order will be canceled and you will be refunded.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or holidays.

Morgan's Garden isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service and file a claim. All packages are insured by USPS.

Morgan's Garden does not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped. 

Morgan's Garden is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.

If items have not been received, it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.

If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 3:00 p.m. CST, it will be shipped the following business day.



No returns, refunds or exchanges. All sales are final! Unless the wrong item is received. 

* If a return/refund is approved for unforeseen reasons. A 10% restocking fee will apply for merchant fees which includes return labels. The return policy is valid for 72 hours after you receive your order, you will have 72 hours to return for approved reasons. Any return request not received within 72 hours will be disqualified, The product must be sent back in ALL the original packaging condition(resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be washed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way, products labels must remain in tact as it was received by the customer, and all satin zip bags and satin draw strings bags must be returned as well.

Please note: Due to the delicate nature of our lace products (Closures, and frontals) can not be returned, exchanged, or replaced.
